1. Who you are contracting with

This website is operated by Keyzeno Store, 381 Avenue C, Key West, FL 33040, United States. In these terms "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means the person placing the order.

2. What we sell

We sell electronic licence keys for third-party software. We are an independent reseller, not the publisher. Your use of the software itself is governed by the publisher's end-user licence agreement, which you accept when you install or activate the product. Please read it — it, not this page, sets out what you may do with the software.

3. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the licence key, not when payment is authorised. If we cannot fulfil an order — because of a pricing error, a supply problem or a failed fraud check — we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

4. Prices and tax

Prices are shown in USD and are the total you pay for the licence. Sales tax or VAT, where applicable to your billing address, is calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

5. Delivery

Delivery is electronic, to the email address on your order. Keys are normally issued within minutes and always within one business day of cleared payment. It is your responsibility to give us a working email address and to check spam filtering if nothing arrives.

6. Renewals

Nothing we sell renews automatically and we do not store payment credentials for future charges. When your term is close to ending we may email you a reminder; buying again is entirely your choice.

7. Refunds

Our 30-day money-back guarantee is set out in full in the refund & returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense or redistribute keys bought from us unless we have agreed that in writing.
• Use the website to place fraudulent orders or to test stolen payment instruments.
• Attempt to disrupt the website, scrape it at volume, or probe it for vulnerabilities without permission.

If you believe you have found a security issue with this website, please email support@example.com and give us a reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for delivering a valid licence and for the accuracy of what we tell you about it. We are not liable for the performance of the software itself, for malware that a security product fails to detect, or for loss of data — keep backups. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Intellectual property

The text, layout and code of this website belong to us. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only, as set out in our disclaimer.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and the courts of that state have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
